Almond oil cold pressed, unrefined table oil

Ingredients:
100% almond oil

Characteristics:

• Mild almond aroma and flavour
• High smoking point

Usage:
Almond oil is suitable for salad dressings and as an addition to sauces. It is often used in desserts. However, unlike almond extract, almond oil is not concentrated enough to provide a strong almond taste to sweets.

Shelf life of the product: 18 months

Properties:
Almond oil is a good source of monounsaturated fat and vitamins A and E and is often used as a food supplement and as a cosmetic oil.
