Piquant oil

Ingredients:
Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, changeable part of black pepper, rosemary, bay leafs, chilli, juniper berries

Usage:

• Preparation of salads, marinades and other cold dishes
• Basting meats before barbecuing
• As a condiment to flavour foods – drizzle over cooked rice, pasta, salads, …
• For a tasty snack pour a trickle of piquant olive oil with herbs on toast

GEA seasoned oils provide the final touch to the most simple of dishes making them gourmet meals. Use sparingly as desired.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place in original packaging.
