Salad oil - mild Mixture of unrefined pumpkin seed oil and refined sunflower oil

Ingredients:
30% unrefined pumpkin seed oil
70% refined sunflower oil

Characteristics:

• Reddish dark green colour
• Mild flavour and pleasing, warm earthy aroma that complements any meal

Usage:

• Preparation of all types of vegetable and meat salads - the traditional use of a salad oil is as a dressing with apple cider vinegar. It can be poured over any type of salad - green bean, tomato, cucumber, cabbage, green salad, potato …
• Preparation of salad creams and side dishes for meat and other cold dishes.

Salad tip:

When dressing a leafy salad, pour on the oil first and toss through, then add vinegar and other spices. This makes sure the oil coats the leaves and stays there instead of running to the bottom of the bowl!

Properties:
Due to its high pumpkin seed oil content, it has a milder flavour and is therefore suitable to change any other salad oil in the same quantity.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place in original packaging.

Shelf life of the product: 12 months
